You have 30 days to walk, jog, run, hike, and explore before deciding if they are right for you.
If you are not satisfied with our product, return it for a full refund. No questions asked.
Return Process
Contact us at trarun.com to request a return.
Steps to return a TRARUN purchase:
(a) Select the item(s) you wish to return.
(b) Provide the order number, actual photos, and your contact information—message to Service@trarun.com to apply your return.
(c) We will process your return request within 2 to 8 hours (If you submit on Sunday, you will receive a reply on Monday).
(d) Once confirmed, please send the shoes to Room 1312-2, No. 474 Xinglin Bay Road, Jimei District, Xiamen City, China.(Using UPS or FedEx)
Note: Returns without prior authorization will be refused.
Refunds
We inspect returns upon receipt and notify you of the refund approval status.
If approved, we will refund to your original payment method.
Note: Banks/card issuers may require additional processing time. Bank refund processing may take 1 to 3 business days.
If your refund hasn’t posted 3+ business days after approval, contact us at service@trarun.com.
Exchanges
For the fastest exchange:
(1)Return the original item.
(2)Once the return is approved, place a new order separately.
The above eligibility criteria apply and require proof of purchase. Exchange-related costs, such as shipping fees and customs duties, will be covered by Trarun.
